OVERLAND PARK, Kansas JANUARY 27, 2020 – TreviPay, (formerly MSTS) a global B2B payment and credit solutions provider, and PACCAR Parts, a global leader in the distribution, sales and marketing of aftermarket transportation parts, are celebrating 10 years of partnership. Through a decade of close collaboration, TreviPay’ solutions have enabled PACCAR Parts to scale more quickly, expand in multiple markets and increase customer satisfaction.

Through the PACCAR Parts Fleet Services Program (PPFS), TreviPay® solution provides contract price management, underwriting, billing, business system integrations, branded customer and dealer support and training, connects a disparate merchant network and assumes the credit risk for PACCAR and its dealers.

“Our goal is to provide our partners like PACCAR with the payment services they need to expand their business and find sustainable growth,” said Chief Customer Officer at TreviPay, Martha Salinas. “We’re proud of our partnership with PACCAR, and the success of the PACCAR Parts Fleet Services Program is a testament to both our top-of-the-line solutions and PACCAR’s strategy, innovation and dedication. We look forward to continuing to provide customizable services to support them in further expanding their business in the years to come.”

Enterprise level TreviPay® is fully customizable and enables the PACCAR Parts Fleet Services program to conduct sales seamlessly into their fleet networks. TreviPay is a suite of applications and services which enable companies to access robust payment and credit solutions, sophisticated managed services and smart integrations to power global commerce.

“Ten years of partnership marks an era of tremendous transformation for PACCAR Parts,” said Director of Fleet Services at PACCAR PARTS Mark Santschi. “When searching for a provider, we needed a company able to provide a single solution streamlined enough for ease of use, yet flexible enough to meet the unique demands of our international partners.”

The first transaction on the program took place in Springfield, Missouri in 2009. Since then, PACCAR Parts has expanded the PPFS program from one country to 23 countries, with total transactions skyrocketing from less than 40,000 to more than one million in 2019. Additionally, PACCAR Parts Fleet Services is now operating through 13 currencies and 14 languages.
