On behalf of the DE&I Committee and the Leadership team, TreviPay is announcing its partnership with Central Exchange.
Since 1980, Central Exchange has connected, cultivated, and accelerated women in our community and have recently expanded beyond women to support all genders. Now more than ever, investing in personal and professional development, connecting with the community, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion are top priorities for TreviPay.
Continuing to cultivate diversity, equity, and inclusion in the TreviPay workplace is a top focus in 2022, noted TreviPay CEO, Brandon Spear, in a recent interview. The company’s DE&I efforts are championed by an employee-led committee, whose initiatives range from inclusive hiring practices, employee development, and education.
“We are looking forward to deepening our connection within the community by partnering with Central Exchange and other companies, teams and women in the technology space. It’s an exciting time to be a female leader in STEM and be able to share and grow my industry knowledge with others. ” said Director of Product Management, Teresa Cain.
TreviPay’s partnership with Central Exchange will provide all employees with the opportunity to be represented, seen, heard, and belong, as leaders in the business and community. Employees receive benefits like virtual learning events, opportunities for scholarships, participation in leadership programs, and job posting to a diverse audience of job seekers.
