Martha Salinas welcomed into The Kansas City Business Journal’s 22nd annual Women Who Mean Business program

OVERLAND PARK, Kan., June 16, 2021 — TreviPay Chief Customer Officer Martha Salinas joined the ranks of 25 women leaders from Kansas City’s business community who were recognized during the 22nd annual Women Who Mean Business program, hosted by The Kansas City Business Journal.

The Women Who Mean Business awards program recognizes professional women in business who have made significant contributions to their company or industry, as well as their community. The honorees, who live and work in the Kansas City metropolitan area, were nominated by their peers with submissions reviewed by a panel of independent judges. Other honorees included women entrepreneurs, high-ranking business leaders and executives of nonprofit organizations.

At TreviPay, several of Salinas’ notable achievements have included expanding the company’s B2B payment solutions into the retail industry, and leading the organization’s international expansion. Serving as the executive sponsor of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at TreviPay and leading the company’s D&I initiative, Salinas is a true testament of dynamic leadership, strategic thinking and global management.

Salinas also serves as an active board member of the Kansas City Girls Preparatory Academy and AltCap, a Kansas City-based Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) focused on under-served communities and women, in addition to her mentorship roles and investments in women-owned businesses.

Salinas is no stranger to hard work, and her leadership and ingenuity is an inspiration among the TreviPay community and beyond.
